Cons:
-Appointment time was not kept by stylist, I was seen 2 hours after scheduled time. May bother others, but i used that time to check out near by restaurants. Gogi Time was right on time for me.

-No parking or loading in front of establishment. A near by bar is using the parking for there customers so be prepared to walk a little and pay a meter.

-It was hard for me to find the location of the shop especially since there's no parking or loading in front. I would recommended visiting the shop a day before you go to get familiar with the area. I circled twice before I found it.

-Stylist does not ask specific questions for desired hair style so please be detailed and prepared with videos and pictures to ensure you get the style you want and are paying for. I provided a photo and hair, but obviously, I was not specific enough and did not get the look I was hoping for(SPRING TWIST W/ "ILLUSION CROCHET BRAID PATTERN"). I took it down the same day. This is a lesson for those of us who do not get our hair braided frequently. I haven't had my hair braided in over 10 years. Lesson learned.

-The stylist was interrupted with many phone calls. It didn't bother me, I needed the breaks to stretch. This may bother others especially if your appointment was set back.
-The establishment was a little out dated, but clean.

Pros:
-My stylist Sharon was sweet and apologetic for not keeping our appointment time. She provided a heater to keep me warm, it was cold and raining outside.
- I guess the price was reasonable. I paid 125.00 for my style. Cornrows w/crochet 12in spring twist.
-Fast service(took 2 hours)
Overall I might go back for a simple style to support our black business but nothing complicated or something I seen someone else rocking. By the way my cornrows were on point I was able to rock a new style with just the cornrows in place.

Update.
Sharon was so concerned and humbled to hear my concerns regarding my hair. She agreed to redo it the next day and I loved it.
Therefore I give Sharon a 4 out of 5 for her customer service, integrity and skill....more
